NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sparta Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at Sparta City Hall concerning amendment to the Sparta Zoning Map. The Proposed amendment is to change the zoning of property at 305 S. Young Street (Parcel 072.00 on Tax Map 0059H, Group B) from Residential R-A to commercial C-D. The request was submitted by Jingnesh K. Patel. The public is invited to attend.
